Shipping & Delivery
Our standard shipping rate for UK mainland (excl. Highlands) is £15GBP for orders under 30kg. This is usually a next day service; however some items are built to order, some will be back ordered. Orders are only despatched Monday-Friday and any orders placed after 14:30GMT Monday-Thursday or 11:00GMT Friday may not be desptached until the next working day.
Shipping for the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and the Republic of Ireland is a £35GBP 2-3 day service for orders under 30kg.
Orders 30kg or more will be shipped on a pallet. The pallet service is £75GBP for UK, Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.

Returns & Replacements
All our products have been chosen for their reliability. We do not have any warranty issues with any of the products.
Therefore any suspected warranty claims will be fully investigated by our engineers and then if necessary by the manufacturer. Any replacement product supplied before this process has been carried out will be chargeable.
After tests have been carried out:
1. Any products that have faults caused by misuse, misapplication, supply or motor faults, or contamination & inadequate protection. The replacement unit will be considered as purchased and any invoice relating to the replacement will be due. The faulty unit will be quoted for repair if it is economical to do so.
2. Any unit returned as faulty under warranty, that is tested and found not to be faulty, then the customer may be charged a test fee based on the amount of time needed to carry out the test. The replacement unit will be considered as purchased and any invoice relating to the replacement will be due.
3. Any unit found to have failed due to material defect or manufacturing defect, will be returned to the manufacture for confirmation. Once confirmation is given a replacement product can be supplied free of charge. Any replacement product already supplied will be credited.
Note: We will do our best to minimise the time to carry out the tests. If we cannot carry out the tests on the day the product is returned we will carry out the tests within a few days. We cannot predict how long the manufactures will take to carry out their tests as our products come from many suppliers from all parts of the world.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and excluding taxes. VAT of 20% is added at the checkout for customers in the UK, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, or EU customers without valid VAT numbers. Customers from EU countries can be exempt from VAT if their VAT number has been added to their account. Customers from outside the UK and EU are exempt from VAT.
